An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the administrative team within the Women’s, Children’s and Clinical Support Services division at the University Hospitals of North Midlands. The post holder will be required to support in the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service to the Divisional Management Team. The ideal candidate will have administration / secretarial experience along with excellent communication skills.You will be required to be competent in diary management of multiple members of staff, and be capable of prioritising conflicting tasks.Main duties of the job
- Diary Management
- Supporting the governance agenda
- Minute/Note taking
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Teams
- Communicating with wide range of staff
- Answering telephone enquirie
