It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.Internship DescriptionAirbus General Procurement (GP) is looking for a new colleague!!!Fully integrated in the Procurement organization, GP’s mission is to procure goods and services on behalf of the entire Group (Airbus commercial, ADS, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantic), and as such to play a major role in generating value and contributing to the overall competitiveness of the company.
We employ more than 400 professionals on around 40 sites in Europe as well as in China, India and the US.We manage a spend of approximately €10 billion generating 14,5% of Airbus revenues and work with more than 15 000 suppliers worldwide!At Engineering Procurement (PJE) we are responsible for procuring services for R&T, Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Customer Services across all Airbus divisions. PJE is managing a spend of €1.4 billion with more than 50 team members spread over different sites in Europe.PJE is a key player in Research, Innovation and Testing adapting sourcing transformation to any group program. This gives you an opportunity to actively support the end to end services development and select our partners.
Your mission will be to manage procurement activities within the Research, Innovation & Test Sub-Commodity (PJER), with main focus on Research and Testing topics, with a trans-national and/or trans-divisional approach taking into account the European Airbus perimeter.Functions:Support ramp up in cataloguesFollow up of adherence to implemented strategy agreed at MDT levelPrepare workshops and follow up actionsProvide relevant inputs to the MFT (Multi-functional team) or MDT (Multi-divisional team) to support the strategic developmentDefine and develop synergies, end to end approach where applicable for your scopeSupport transition from Research to Industrialization phaseManage projects and call for tenders with multi-divisional and trans-national scope for Research, Innovation and Testing scopeEnsure continuous commercial relationship with suppliers to protect from risksContribute to Supplier’s development in digitalisation, innovationFulfil business needs and deliver initiatives contributing to value for BusinessSupport development of selected suppliers or Start upsContinues improvement of process for InnovationRequired skillsDegree in Engineering (ie. Aeronautic, Industrial, or related)Advanced level of English (C1 level) and Spanish are mandatory.
