They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Manager to join their dynamic team and play a key role in expanding the market presence.Distributor Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.Motivate partners and collaborate with them to respond to market changes.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.Work closely with the sales team to align distributor activities with overall company sales goals.Monitor distributor sales performance and provide guidance and support to improve results.Market Analysis and Planning:Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Develop and execute market entry strategies for new areas of industry and product lines.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.Training and Support:Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge supported by the technical team.Ensure distributors have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by distributors promptly and effectively.Reporting and Analytics:Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.Elvárások / RequirementsBachelor’s degree in the Technical field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in the B2B automation or related industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of the B2B automation market, products, and technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as required to visit distributors and attend industry events.Proficiency in English.B cat. driving license.Amit nyújtunk / BenefitsQuarterly sales bonus, cafeteriaCompany car for private use tooHome office oportunityContinuous Performance Feedback
