Reporting directly to Culture & Change manager, you will help execute the D&I strategy to foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive organizational change. Your support will help different stakeholders stay aligned with SBM’s D&I objectives and vision.Main missions:

  • Provide project management support for the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to ensure alignment with the D&I objectives
  • Support the communication and day to day work of the global network of D&I ambassadors
  • Assist in the analysis and report of key diversity and inclusion data, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Help local ambassadors plan, communicate, execute and engage in local initiatives
  • Help maintaining D&I resources, documents and internal knowledge bases

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or master student in a field related to Human Resources, Sustainability
  • Project management skills or experience
  • Passion and engagement in diversity and inclusion topics
  • Fluent English skills

Specific skills:

  • Interest in or willingness to learn relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Interest in managing multiple projects, with a sense for setting priorities, delivering on time in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, translating them into recommendations and action plans in measuring outcomes.
  • Change management proficiency.
