Your deep understanding of business processes and workflows will help you identify customers’ needs and build comprehensive solution configurations, encompassing internal products and services. Additionally, you will offer crucial support for system integration, evaluate certification requirements, and assess the impact of new regulations and guidelines. We value candidates who possess a robust sense of emotional intelligence and a well-rounded blend of technical, business (healthcare), and commercial expertise.Main ResponsibilitiesAs Domain Expert you should own full control of P&L of the specific domain you follow. You will deeply know market size and competitors offering and have to build short/medium term plan to profitably grow in market share. You will drive Sales team designing specific actions to secure yearly goals.In particular, you will:
- Have full understanding and control of yearly target of the domain in terms of Order Intake, Revenue and Margin contribution
- Design proper actions to drive sales team and secure yearly targets of the Domain
- Define “where to sell” and “how to sell” strategy to guarantee overperformance of the Domain
- Contribute in defining yearly budget of the Domain also in relation to market size and market share increase
- Identify events and support Communication team to properly select where to invest budget
- Engage closely with customers to identify their pain points, business, and technical requirements, and provide optimal solutions aligning with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to adapt product roadmaps to market problems
- Collaborate with the Bid Management and Solution Architects teams to create technical proposals tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs, aligning the solution with the right technology, cost-effectiveness, and an appropriate risk profile.
- Apply methodologies, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work. Maintain documentation of Dedalus product portfolio, and stay up to date with company’ processes, best-practices, and latest technological advancements.
- Assist the Sales team by articulating functional and technical capabilities of our products and perform custom technical demonstrations focusing on customer value and sales objectives.
- Common tasks encompass conducting product demonstrations, addressing inquiries verbally and in written form, crafting responses to questionnaires and RFPs, co-designing prototypes, and actively engaging as a presales solutions expert.
- Develop deep expertise in sub-domain within the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory landscape, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze product gaps and promote the development of new solutions to address identified opportunities.
Your skills:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Engineering, Science or Economics disciplines, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or Health informatics, or equivalent working experience.
- Deep understanding of healthcare processes, supported by relevant experience in the following domains: Social & Home Care, Connected Care, Hospital Care, Interoperability.
- Hands-on experience on Social & Home Care practices
- Ideally, prior experience in customer-facing roles within sales, presales, or operations, supporting B2B sales opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in large-scale healthcare solutions
- Experience in leading or supporting sales opportunities and a background in SaaS business models are a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically when addressing business, product, and technical challenges.
- A highly analytical mindset, characterized by attention to detail while consistently maintaining an understanding of the bigger picture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and argumentation skills, with business-fluent Italian and English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and cultivate strong partnerships with clients, technical teams and business partners.
