The Role:

 

As a D2D Fundraising Regional Manager you will nurture and grow a values-led and diverse team of face-to-face fundraisers, Team Leaders and Deputy Managers You will drive performance against targets and KPIs in D2D and festival settings for Oxfam GB’s direct engagement programme. You will embody Oxfam’s values and culture ensuring our activity maximises delivery to Oxfam while upholding our industry leading standards. In addition, you will be expected to be open-minded towards innovation and cross-channel collaboration as we explore exciting new opportunities.

 

What we are looking for:

 

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

 

You will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in D2D/F2F.  You will be target driven and able to drive and deliver results against industry leading performance and quality KPIs.  You will have experience training and developing new and existing D2D team members to reach their full potential through excellent leadership and individual performance management.

 

You will be ambitious, flexible, and organised: someone who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical & innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are essential for this role.
