The role offers opportunities for advancement as well as skillset and knowledge expansion as the team evolves to support the Hitachi companies.What you’ll be doingDevelop and apply risk-based assessment criteria to Hitachi companies across the globeUse on-line screening tools, on-line research, and interviews if required to evaluate third party for red flagsInteract with third parties and Hitachi Business Requestor to acquire and confirm information needed to make analysisAnalyze, unravel, and map complicated or hidden third party ownership structuresDemonstrate deductive reasoning needed to uncover concealed third-party red flagsDraft concise reports, outlining findings and recommendations for addressing red flags presentedPresent findings and recommendations to Hitachi requesterProvide trend analysis to facilitate strategic decisionsInterpret analytics needed to make continuous improvements to due diligence and risk assessment processesWork with select Hitachi companies to develop third party risk profiles and due diligence strategiesTrain the business about third party red flags and due diligence processes when neededSupport the expansion of the team including interviewing and selection processSupervise and train new analysts joining the team as the demand for 3rd party DD report growsSupport the strategic development of the DD platform to meet Hitachi requirementsWhat you bring to the teamWe’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.
