Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide vital support to Dutch-speaking clients experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Your primary focus will be to offer timely assistance, ensuring customers feel secure and supported during distressing situations. - Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients seeking emergency roadside assistance.
- Assess the customer’s situation and provide clear instructions and reassurance.
- Organize immediate assistance by coordinating with various service providers.
- Document all interactions and follow-up requirements accurately.
- Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers by delivering compassionate service.
- Keep yourself updated on roadside assistance practices and our service offerings.
- Work closely with colleagues to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities.
- Background in customer service, especially in emergency handling preferred.
- Ability to maintain composure and think clearly under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Experience working autonomously in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially roadside assistance, is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
