  • Provide support for IT infrastructure and application-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring technical problems through direct interaction with end users (via phone, email, chat, or web interface).
  • Offer advanced first-line troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams.
  • Use remote support tools to assist users and ensure quality service in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Handle and document all requests in the ticketing system in English while communicating in Dutch (or other supported language).
  • Own the incident or request throughout its lifecycle, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Support end users on desktop applications, devices, and basic infrastructure topics.
  • Perform user account management tasks (e.g. password resets, account unlocks) as required.

  • A high school diploma.
  • Dutch on a business level (working/support language).
  • English on a communication level (for interviews, training, and internal communication).
  • Prior experience in the IT field as a Service Desk Analyst.
