Description Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager with passion for building online business together with retailers in a fast paced retail environment. In this E-Commerce Manager role, you’ll mainly be responsible for driving Perrigo’s brands with pureplayer pharmacy retailers but also with an omni retailer operating in both channels. The role is part of the Nordic E-Commerce team which includes great talents within both key account management, content, performance marketing and online business strategy. We work with some of the most well-known pharmacy brands such as ACO, Compeed, Nezeril and Plackers.
Scope of the Role
Key accountabilities
-Build and secure partnerships with customers with primary focus on e-commerce retailers.
-Business development; Identify opportunities for growth both online and in-store via analyzing data and being in touch with trends and market dynamics.
-Support digital campaign planning, implementation and follow-up results across Nordic e-com through collaboration between digital marketing and commercial functions.
Customer development;
-Drive Perrigo’s online and offline sales growth together with customers
-Customer P&L ownership and accountability. Deliver on sales and profitability targets.
-Measure, track and analyze key metrics to constantly identify, plan and execute commercial opportunities together with the retailers.
-Plan, sell and execute commercial initiatives, e.g., sales activities, performance marketing, new product launches and promotions.
-Lead customer negotiations to secure win-win agreements and Joint Business Plans.
-Give input to supply team on estimated volumes/sales for campaigns and new launches.
Experience Required
-Relevant higher education, preferably within market analysis, economics, product strategy or marketing/branding
-Experience from sales, preferably within FMCG
-Good Swedish and English, both written and spoken
-Good analytical skills, experience with the use of analysis tools
-Very good excel skills
-Good IT and system understanding
