Early Talent recruitment is a high-priority and critical part of Siemens Digital Industries Software’s talent acquisition strategy. We are passionate about hiring undergraduates up to master’s or equivalent level to foster our diversity and innovation across the globe.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping Early Careers recruitment strategies, including Early Talent Programs across France and other countries in EMEA.

We’re looking for a TA Specialist with a passion for student recruitment who can support us to engage with universities and attract top early talents.

This opportunity could serve as the ideal foundation for launching your career in the exciting realm of Talent Acquisition. 

The opportunity 

  • Collaborate with local universities and colleges to support effective pipelining. 
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partners with the attraction, sourcing and interviews of early talents through advertising, social media and other channels. 
  • Support early careers events either through attendance or logistic activities. 
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with planning, coordination and delivery of activities and events related to Early Talent Programs throughout the year. 
  • Handling applications through our applicant tracking system (Avature) and following screening steps including CV shortlisting against role requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate full recruitment life cycle and provide top-class candidate experience to all candidates.
  • Leverage Siemens Software’s early talent programs in France and other countries.
  • Partner with business leaders and Human Resource to design and implement early career initiatives.
  • Act as an employer ambassador of Siemens Software to promote our brand at every opportunity throughout the early career’s recruitment cycle. 
  • Manage successfully the entire early recruitment campaigns in France and other countries, when necessary.

Requirements: 

  • Pursuing higher education with a specialisation in Human Resources or a related field. 
  • The ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment. 
  • Be enthusiastic about using social media and other platforms to promote your activities. 
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities. 
  • Flexible to travel as you will be required to attend events occasionally with some overnight stay. 
  • Available to start immediately or in the next couple of months.
