Since its foundation in 1982, the company has grown to become one of the world`s leading 3D architectural software companies.🧭 The Education and Demand Generation Trainee reports to the Education and Demand Generation Manager and is responsible for supporting the global EDU team with executing and tracking the success of global demand generation campaigns for the higher education and young architects market segment.Candidates in this role should be well-organized, eager to learn and ready to contribute ideas to support a growing younger generation of our Partner`s software users. They must be autonomous, able to work within an international team, and capable of cross-functional and remote collaboration.Responsibilities:🗝️ Licensing Administration📩 Manage Archicad EDU license approvals for non-academic email addresses in international markets☁️ Manage global BIMcloud EDU license approvals and service operations🛠️ Support📬 Follow up EDU support topics on MyArchicad and BIMcloud issues🐞 Identify licensing platform-related bugs/issues, create and follow IT tickets📚 Content Management📄 Identify, list, and update EDU-related content: FAQ, Community, etc.✉️ Update email content generated automatically throughout the licensing process🌍 Coordinate content localizations for Social Media posts and nurturing email campaigns🇩🇪 Manage training materials, particularly for the German/Austrian marketsRequirements:🏫 Ongoing studies as an active, full-time student at a Hungarian university📆 Student status for at least the next 2 years (at least three or four semesters)🏛️ Currently a student in the field of architecture with a deep interest in marketing⏱️ Availability of minimum 20-25 hours per week🏗️ Understanding of the basics of the architectural design process and project delivery💬 Foreign languages: Fluent English is a must, native German speaker is a nice-to-have💻 Working knowledge of: Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.), AI tools, video-editing softwareWhat our Partner offers:🌟 An inspiring, supportive work environment that fosters professional development💡 Participation in real projects where your ideas matter🏢 A modern, hybrid work setup🧑🏫 Mentorship and continuous professional support🕓 Flexibility to accommodate your class schedule⏰ Working hours: Between 08:00 and 18:00❗ How to apply:1️⃣ Register on Schönherz.hu2️⃣ Fill in a CV on Schönherz.hu* If you are over 25 years of age, 15% of your gross salary will be deducted from your PIT.
