Our client, a global leader in materials technology with a strong focus on sustainability and safety, offers a fantastic opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support their site in West Flanders on a full-time or part-time basis. Known for their responsible management of metals and chemical processes, this organization thrives on innovation and excellence. Role Responsibilities:

* Take charge of coordinating emergency response teams, conduct audits, and develop comprehensive safety training programs.
* Drive initiatives in ISO certification and manage environmental permits, aligning with the company’s mission of sustainable growth.
* Collaborate strategically with stakeholders to implement and enhance safety protocols, ensuring the company’s leadership in materials technology.

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
* Certification as Prevention Advisor Level 1 and Environmental Coordinator Level A.
* Very good knowledge of ISO 14001
* Multiple years of experience in EHS management roles in the chemical industry
* Fluent level of Dutch and English
