This position is open in Sophia Antipolis, in our Vision Technology Engineering Center, to support traditional and deep learning Vision use cases on NXP i.MX products.

Your responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop, manage and integrate various graphics, machine learning and vision components used in vision use cases on i.MX Linux BSP.
  • Implement state of the art DevOps technologies to deliver production-grade vision system as part of i.MX Linux BSP releases.
  • Develop vision use cases demonstrating i.MX products capabilities.

Your profile

  • Master’s Degree in Electronic/Computer Science engineering
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Embedded Linux Systems and modern DevOps technologies
  • Background in vision, robotics and machine learning preferred.
  • Experience in Gstreamer, OpenCV, OpenVX, OpenCL programing would be a strong plus.
  • Familiar with ARM architecture
  • Knowledge of C/C++, Python programing languages
  • Familiar with Yocto build system and cross-compilation
  • Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world
  • Good communication skills interacting with subsystems development teams.
