  • Drafting of internal testing activities for Power Electronics components
  • Writing testplan for EMC validation activities of Power Electronics components
  • Designing of test setups and auxiliary components
  • Following the EMC validation flow
  • Ability to independently perform EMC component test/measurement tasks in-house
  • Providing support during testing in external laboratories, both on vehicle and on component
  • Providing support for identifying causes of non-compliance with EMC tests
  • Providing support during the EMC design phase

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. And you will have gained at least 3 years’ dedicated experience on electromagnetic compatibility in the automotive field.Knowledge of the main electromagnetic compatibility regulations and standards for automotive components and the equipment used in test activities will be mandatory to manage the responsibilities of the role. Experience on measurement and vehicle testing activities aimed at Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of interference phenomena is important to support the Power Electronics Department. Knowledge of the main simulation software (circuit, electromagnetic) is an advantage.In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities.
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage.
