Reporting to Commercial Performance Senior Director, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial excellence specialist to join our team and help implement regional commercial Excellence initiatives with a particular focus on supporting launch governance activities. The commercial excellence specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives, providing strategic oversight and alignment across cross-functional teams. In addition, the successful candidate will define the set of analytics and design dashboards needed to monitor the execution and business impact /performance.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

Commercial excellence initiative Management:

  • Provide management support and guidance to cross-functional teams working on key initiatives of the region in line with yearly priorities , ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, through appropriate dashboards, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively monitor mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.

Launch governance coordination:

  • Ensure alignment among the workstreams on the governance principle, organization, roles and planning
  • On-board each workstream representant in the definition of the launch tasks, with related timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure execution and delivery by the different workstreams involved in carrying out the launch tasks for which they are accountable:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain launch governance frameworks and procedures
  • Coordinate the cross-functional activities from several teams at different levels of the bioMérieux organization (Local, Regional and Global)
  • Support the development and maintenance of launch governance documentation, including schedules and status reports.
  • Ensure meetings frequency, invitations, participation of all the leaders, define list of actions/accountability for next meetings

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop best practices in reporting and dashboarding: design, build and maintain reports and dashboards in line with key initiatives of the region providing actionable insights for stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, medical teams
  • Establish KPI leadership: Monitor progress of initiatives through KPIs during dedicated reviews to provide visibility on advancement and provide forum for fact-based decision-making
  • Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, governance models

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Ensure cross-functional communication, anticipation, preparation, and alignment between main functions involved solutions commercialization to secure launch.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a central point of contact for commercial excellence inquiries and communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on launch objectives, priorities, and deliverables

Who are you?

  • Experience:
  • Graduate degree in project management, sales operations and/or Marketing, with 5 years of experience in a business environment (healthcare industry, ideally IVD)
  • Master degree in Management / Finance / Business Administration
  • Experience using CRM systems such as salesforce to drive daily commercial operations
  • Deep knowledge of computing tools and databases (Excel, Tableau)
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proactive Attitude with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Team spirit and customer focus; experienced in multicultural environment. Must thrive working cross-functionally in a matrix structure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English mandatory
  • PMP or related certification is a plus
