Services – amongst many others – include Resourcing, On-boarding, Off-boarding Compensation & Reward administration and Payroll. GHRO is the foundation for Diageo in achieving its HR strategy and is a key enabler in excellent employee & manager experience with people processes.About the roleJML is a set of activities associated with the Onboarding and Offboarding processes, aiming to provide excellent experience for employees as well as simple, trusted services for Line managers.The person in this role will be dedicated to customer service and resolving queries with a high degree of quality and accuracy.They will also demonstrate good judgement to interpret the customers’ need and appropriate response. They receive andprocess requests (including document generation) and enquiries using the technology and documentation provided. The JMLSpecialist will have specialist knowledge and will handle cases end to resolution. This team will provide a streamlined,consistent and highly effective range of services for its customers with key focus on providing best in class on- and offboardingexperience.Delivers service to agreed performance levels and beyond. SLA targets relate to: Speed to close queries, Data andDocumentation Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction.Serve as key contact/liaison with local HR in market to ensure that the process, including notifications, reflect currentways of working.Runs activities relating to all workload on the Service Now query management system, including comprehensivenotes and audit trails.Monitor the completion of the Employee and Line Manager on- and offboarding activities includingjoiner/mover/leaver processes (Follow-up calls and emails).Manage all queries with stakeholders related to on- and offboarding process via e-mail and phone.Manage outstanding business processes for movers.Manage requests of Onboarding/Offboarding Questionnaires.Generate certificate of service, letter requirements.Creates and issue legal employment documentation with high accuracy (using Doc Genie, Workday and ServiceNow)and maintains master document templates.Liaise with other HR teams to complete processes, diagnose issues and improve handoffs (IA, Fleet, Payroll, BenefitsProviders etc).Satisfy compliance requirements (e.g. Complete system reconciliations where needed, capture offline instructions in ServiceNow) with special attention to General Data Protection Rules (GDPR).What you will bringExcellent customer service skillsFluent in English, Hungarian and GermanUnderstands and has a deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices and able to advise on them in a clear and consistent wayAbility to analyse, interpret and use data.Have a keen eye for detail, and a huge passion for maintaining accurate dataWorking knowledge of all components of the HR Operating ModelAbility to understand process principles and consistent applicationAbility to build great relationships across all the SSC teamsEnsures agreed deliverables and service levels are met to defined SLA’sReviews processes and provides feedback in order to assist in continuous process improvementAbility to prioritise effectively, switching effectively between calls and emails and balancing activating new queries with resolving existing one.Demonstrates good judgement, diagnosing the question and need with skills and speed and identifying the appropriate responsePassionate about a great customer experienceEnthusiastic team worker, able to build great working relationships across diverse styles and a variety of stakeholdersLives and breathes accuracy and detail, gets it right first timeRelentless pursuit of excellence, energy for driving change and improvement that will simplify for everyone.Thinks outside of the box.
