You’ll work with a broad mix of global and domestic clients, advising on complex employment law matters ranging from internal investigations and restructures to litigation and cross-border compliance projects.About the RoleThis global law firm is hiring an experienced Employment Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its collaborative and commercially focused team in central Paris. Known for its pragmatic advice and sector expertise, the team supports clients across financial services, tech, life sciences, and consumer industries.You’ll play a key role in supporting both contentious and advisory matters, contributing to major mandates and working closely with partners across multiple jurisdictions.What You’ll Do

• Advise on a wide range of employment matters including recruitment, contracts, terminations, and internal investigations.
• Draft and update employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Represent clients before French employment tribunals in contentious matters.
• Support on restructures, collective consultation processes, and cross-border projects.
• Collaborate with international teams on multi-jurisdictional matters and global policy rollouts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in French employment law.
• Paris-qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and solid law firm training.
• Excellent understanding of French labour law and current employment regulations.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong drafting and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
