Job description
Currently, we are seeking an End-User Support Engineer to strengthen our EPAM Warsaw Team.To excel in this role, you should demonstrate creativity, strong communication abilities, and proficient people management skills.This role requires being present in the office 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support to colleagues by addressing requests and resolving incidents (hardware/software)Collaborate with external vendors and Global IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesManage and update the assets inventoryOversee communication room operations and monitor the environmentInstall and maintain IT equipment in the office, including networks, printers, and conference hardwareGuide employees or clients, either in person or remotely via MS Teams, through setting up systems or resolving technical issuesBuild strong working relationships with employees and teams while promoting effective IT practicesRequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP server configurationKnowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management, including Active Directory, WSUS, and Group PoliciesA service-oriented attitude, demonstrating a willingness to assist employees with IT infrastructure challengesStrong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solvingInterest in learning new technologies and adapting to evolving challengesAbility to perform effectively under pressureIntermediate proficiency in EnglishAdherence to directives provided by the direct leaderCapability to organize work efficiently to meet deadlinesNice to haveUnderstanding of tools such as HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or other ticketing and inventory systemsBackground in IT securityProficiency in using MacOS and Linux systemsWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
