We want to be the enablers of change, creating opportunities for everyone to connect to nature and play their part in nature’s recovery as part of a countywide movement for nature – Team Wilder. 

This role is central to achieving this in south-east Suffolk, with a focus on creating exceptional opportunities and nurturing local partnerships to enable more and a wider range of people to experience, learn about and take action for nature in and around Ipswich, Woodbridge, Saxmundham and Felixstowe including at Foxburrow, Martlesham Wilds and along the coast.

This is a leadership role, working with the Head of Engagement to drive the development and delivery of our engagement strategy across south-east Suffolk.

As one of three Engagement Managers across the county you will be focusing on:

We need an energetic and impactful individual with experience of operational leadership and an ability to forge productive and collaborative relationships. You will also be able to identify funding streams, manage your budget and program plan.
