  • Design, develop and validate control algorithms for battery state detection.
  • Develop, implement, and validate battery models.
  • Design Battery Management System (BMS) architecture for custom applications.
  • Design and supervise characterization and validations test procedures.
  • Evaluate and analyze test data.
  • Technical support to project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Automation and system engineering / electronic engineering / mechanical engineering / data engineering / Informatic engineering / Physics (equivalent bachelor´s or master´s degrees). Phd in related fields is highly appreciated.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is appreciated.
  • Good communication skills, able to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience with following programming languages: MATLAB and Simulink. C and Python knowledge is also highly appreciated.
  • Experience in the described areas is an advantage: batteries, model-based SW, design of diagnostic algorithms.
