Enterprise Asset Management Consultant (Maximo)Location: Netherlands, Belgium or Germany (Essen, Cologne or Dusseldorf) – Hybrid/ RemoteTravel will be expected around 25% a month to client sites throughout EMEA, based on project demandsPosition Summary:The Enterprise Assest Management (Maximo) Consultant joining our team will align with business and IT stakeholders to translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprint, and functional specifications.This role is responsible for working on complex challenges, utilizing and developing technical skills contributing to both customer and internal projects, working both collaboratively and independently.The Consultant is responsible for securing quality of deliverables and effectiveness of communication between the implementation teams (Configuration, interfacing, data mapping/conversion etc) during software development and implementation phases. Along with the project responsibilities, this role is involved in Advisory Services where the consultant will assess and advise customers on their maturity in Asset Management and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.Your Day-to-Day:Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project including development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions and ongoing supportConfigure and customize customer solutions applying in-depth knowledge of workflows, system configuration, and customizations to develop asset management technical solutions for customersConcurrently deliver multiple projects which support complex and demanding requirements, acting as an advocate for the end user whilst assessing progress and report risks to the project teamsManage the facilitation/documentation of system design workshops, process reengineering workshops and the creation of project and system documentation including process maps, system requirements, data standards, and training materialsAssist with coordinating data modelling and data collection activitiesSeeking continuous improvements in implementation of processes and procedures and deliver independently or with the teamOversight of development, testing, and deployment of technical solutionsProvide support and training to enterprise customers who typically have complex requirementsTake an active role in preparing responses to RFIs and RFPsControlling scope of project design and deliver high-quality, value-added results for both customer and internal projectsWhat You Bring to The Team:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or relevant training and /or experience * 3 – 5 years experience with Asset Management Systems (e.g. IBM Maximo, AssetWise, SAP, Infor, Oracle, SalesForce) or related applications
- Desirable: Appropriate Software accreditation in chosen discipline. Eg. IBM Maximo Certification or equivalent
