At ERM, sustainability is our business.As the world’s largest advisory firm focused solely on sustainability, we offer unparalleled expertise across business and finance.ERM partners with clients to operationalise sustainability at pace and scale, leveraging our unique combination of strategic transformation and technical delivery capabilities.Our diverse global team of experts collaborates with the world’s leading organizations to set clear sustainability targets, measure progress, and implement strategies through deep operationalization and business transformation.With more than 50 years of experience, our ability to integrate sustainability solutions and our extensive technical knowledge are why organizations choose us as their trusted advisor.Job description:We are looking for applicants to demonstrate their experience in performing and reporting a variety of Environmental, Health & Safety diagnostics, audits and assessments including:Provide technical assistance on Environmental, Health & Safety assessment and auditsDevelop EHS standards, permits, EIAs, and reports, support in the integration of sustainability projects in the operations of our clientsEngaging all levels of an organization in order to achieve the positive transformation of the Environmental, Health and Safety performance as well as the that of the overall businessManage multiple projects remaining mindful of the scope, budget and timing expectationsDeliver high quality project deliverables under the supervision and with the support of subject matter expertsSupport ERM Partners and Project Managers to effectively manage and deliver projectsEffectively nurture and build client relationships leading to repeat businessBuild strong collaborative relationships with other ERM employeesBuild strong collaborative relationships with other stakeholders (regulators)Coach and mentor junior staff in their tasksJob requirements:Strong communication skills are essential, including clear, accurate technical writing and the ability to articulate ideas, messages and content simply, clearly and effectivelyThe capacity to influence is also vital in succeeding in this roleDemonstrating solid judgement, drive and a sense of initiative are also keys of successFluency and literacy in, Dutch and English is essential. Business-level proficiency in languages other than English, for example French, will be an advantage.
