The Role:

 

In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive, agile, and responsive Estates function supporting retail teams and managers with expert advice and service delivery to Oxfam’s shop network to include acquisition and disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews.

An ideal candidate for the role will be / have:

 

  • Organisational skills and experience
  • Effective communicator
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and experience
  • Practising Chartered surveyor (or relevant equivalent experience) with in-depth knowledge of retail property and appropriate experience to work autonomously
  • Adaptable, flexible, able to deal with a wide range of conflicting needs and demands.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong team working skills
  • Ability to network, build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Self starter – able to work in a delegated capacity
