Our Team

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in Supporting the Site heads to deliver all the regional internal manufacturing related commitments, such improving safety, ensuring quality, improving OEE, reducing costs, and contributing to sustainability, and people engagement. He/ She acts like the SPOC for all global manufacturing Excellence activities.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful implementation of operational excellence methodologies with factory management experience.

Main Responsibilities :

Regional roadmap execution

• Support roadmap definition
• Design and prepare regional reviews
• Capabilities building across sites.
• Support change management

OEE improvement:

• Conduct regional reviews to identify opportunities for enhancing OEE.
• Develop a roadmap to benchmark for OEE
• Lead implementation of CHC Manufacturing Systems program on all sites.

Cost Reduction:

• Conduct regional reviews to analyze cost structures and identify savings opportunities.
• Lead lean office programs across all sites.
• Lead ideation sessions and benchmarking activities to drive cost-effective solutions.
• Drive digitalization initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
• Take charge of “Beyond Factory” projects, leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Additionally, he/she will support:

Leadership and Management Capability:

• Identify and share best practices across sites.
• Act as a coach to site heads
• Emergency replacement of site heads when needed.
• Contribute to develop and implement succession plans within the region for critical roles.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to potential leaders within the organization.

HSE & Quality Improvement:

• Foster a culture of best practice sharing.
• Support HSE and Global Quality in implementing programs.
• Take charge of “Beyond Factory” projects, leading cross-functional teams.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• +10 years of experience, ideally as a site or plant management experience
• Proven experience in implementing TPM, and lean methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in OEE, cost reduction, safety, quality, and sustainability.
