The European Suzi Wan Senior Marketing Manager will act as the brand custodian in the European region with responsibility and accountability to lead the Suzi Wan Strategic Cell.

Lead the Suzi Wan regional team to develop and deploy the brand growth strategy and marketing activity that is designed to achieve specific brand objectives, including Net Sales, Operating Margin and penetration targets.

This role will lead the cross functional team to deliver the above areas and be directly responsible for the delivery of the relevant activities in the France market.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead creation of the France Suzi Wan strategy and deployment
• Drives a compelling and engaging brand vision and strategy
• Leverages Barriers to Penetration and Internal Brand Performance tools to identify, develop and deploy the regional growth strategy for the brand
• Create & execute overall Suzi Wan strategic cell growth plan in the region
• Is accountable for regional brands execution across all touchpoints
• Owns overall brand budget and allocation of funds for brand activities.
• P&L ownership for the region for Suzi Wan Brand working in collaboration with the France General Manager
• Engages regional cluster & France associates & customers on brand strategy, meaning & activation. Communication & Media Strategy
• Leads the annual Media briefing with the cross-agency team, developing the brief, feedback on response and refining the final plan for deployment
• Leads agencies to create brand content that continuously drives penetration and enhance the brand DMS
• Review category, consumer and brand performance data to support creation, shaping & revision of brand strategy & annual plans
• Identify and recommend value initiatives for the brand
• Supported by on-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews, inform & collaborate to develop brand plan and then develop & deploy the marketing activity calendar in market
• Provides regular reporting and recommendations on the brands business to the local and regional organization
• Drives relevant consumer insights in close collaboration with Insight and Category Management teams; leverages existing shopper, customer, and category insights
• Lead creation of Suzi Wan innovation pipeline within existing category and support the Portfolio manager in the creation of innovation beyond the category
• Lead review of performance of current range and any innovation/renovation activity, recommending course correction as required and delivering aligned changes across the region
• Lead the overall management of the Suzi Wan A&CP budget with monthly reconciliation, YE management and accrual process
