Job description
Coordinating complex international and domestic business travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visa arrangements.Extensive diary management, including scheduling client meetings, video conferences, and entertainment, as well as coordinating internal and team meetings. Responsibilities include room bookings, visitor registration, and circulating relevant materials.Processing expenses and managing invoice payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and deadlines.Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships across the firm.Partnering with the Amsterdam Office Manager/EA to provide mutual support and ensure continuity.Organising team events and functions.Providing support with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.You are immediately available, EA experience, you speak English fluentlyOpportunity to work for a financial services company from the USSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Flexible and resourceful team player with a can-do attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Quick to learn, with the ability to grasp business operations and internal procedures.Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships.Remains composed and solutions-focused under pressure.Proven experience supporting Managing Directors and wider teams.Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage (especially for non-Dutch nationals).Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail; accuracy is essential.Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.Our client is an American multinational financial services company.
