- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and access management.
- Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking for executive-related expenditures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and support for executives.
- Access management with Security.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as required.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in English (C1 level minimum).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with typing or shorthand.
- FP2 qualification in Secretarial Studies or Executive Assistance is a plus.
