- BONING – Bones removal from cuts of meat, preparing it for further processing or sale as boneless meat.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in boning, specifically with pork (please note: this does not involve organ removal)
- Ability to minimize meat waste and carefully remove meat from the bones without damaging muscles or fat layers critical to taste and texture
- Solid knowledge of animal anatomy
- Strong knife skills and physical precision
- Proficiency in English (for communication in the workplace)
- European citizenship or valid European TRC card – mandatory
