Job Description:Join a successful international company.You will be part of NOV’s business unit Subsea Production Systems (SPS) with headquarters in Brøndby, Denmark. NOV SPS consists of about 1400 colleagues based in Denmark, Brazil, Norway, the UK, and US, including production plants in Kalundborg, Denmark and Acu, Brazil.You’ll be joining a business unit with approximately 40 different nationalities, with customers based all around the world. A dynamic, collaborative, and international culture – good energy.You will be part of our international End-Fitting Design department, based in Brøndby, Denmark, where we work on several major flexible pipe projects at a time in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will take part in a range of tasks in the projects, where you can leverage your skills as an engineer to succeed.Your skills and experience:

  • You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering, applied mathematics or similar,
  • You have min. 3 years work experience with calculations of steel constructions, strength science and all related documentation and verification,
  • You communicate well in Danish and English, because we are a diverse company, and we count some of the largest oil and gas companies as our customers,
  • You’re a good team player, when the best results are called for, and you partner easily with colleagues, suppliers, project managers and staff at the factory, where your end-fitting designs are made a reality,
  • Preferably you have +3 years of experience from offshore or subsea engineering, the oil & gas industry or offshore wind power.

From project beginning you are part of all stages of the project from design phase to factory support at our manufacturing facility in Kalundborg, Denmark. During the project you will support customer and suppliers to final delivery (installation). And besides project with customers, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and calculation methods.The End fitting design department in Brøndby, Denmark has approx. 50 employees – a good mix of experienced and new engineers and drafters, who are all committed to delivering quality to our customers.
