We are a team of approx. 20 talents working across multiple initiatives in both Denmark and across the Nordics. In the team, you will work together with a group of passionate project managers on implementing global transformation & change programs and driving local prioritized projects. As part of the team, you will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to shape your own career and engage in many high-impact projects.Job DescriptionAs a project manager, you will be responsible for driving multiple transformation and change projects simultaneously, ensuring excellent stakeholder management and driving PMO activities, such as scoping, planning and ensuring progress. The size of our projects and teams varies, but most are of smaller scale with project participants often involved part time. This requires you as the project manager to take ownership of certain deliverables and fill in the blanks where needed. You will be closely connected to the business and your project stakeholders, applying effective change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and initiatives.In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Setting direction and ensuring progress in projects.
- Looking ahead and creating a plan for successful implementation.
- Taking ownership of project deliverables, often related to adoption in the business.
- Connecting people and building bridges across professional fields and organizational levels.

QualificationsWe are looking for a person who takes ownership of tasks, is curious, and who thrives in a versatile environment. Someone who is eager to take on new challenges and not afraid of rolling up their sleeves. A positive mindset and the ability to get stakeholders onboard is essential. While it is an advantage if you have experience with change management and agile project methodology, including facilitating projects through stand-ups, kanban boards etc., your mindset, personality, and competences are what truly matters.What you bring to the team:
- Three to five years of work experience, ideally with hands-on experience with implementation.
- Proven track record of driving projects independently.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster solid relations and create followship.
- Strong process and structure setting competences.
- A can-do attitude, open mind and ability to think outside the box.
- Comfortable working in both Danish and English (verbally and written skills).
