This position is critical to accelerate the deployment of new tools, processes and mindset and elevate Group capabilities in data-driven promotion analytics.

Expert Pricing and Promotion will be instrumental in deploying Vista Rev’Up solution (a Pernod Ricard Key Digital Transformation Program) in Markets.

She/he will ensure that it is used sustainably and that it delivers the expected tangible business results.

Your key missions:

Provide expert support to Local Market teams of Vista RevUp in a selected number of Pernod Ricard Market Cos

  • Engage with local teams to bring the project to kick-off
  • Provide and present to local teams the relevant methodology documents
  • Provide expert support during data gap analysis and business on-boarding (phase 1) on methodology, data model, and scope by actively participating in specific workshops and weekly meetings (potentially in coordination with external consultants)
  • Support local teams on any issue during Data Gap Implementation (Phase 2) and User Acceptance Test (potentially in coordination with external consultants)
  • Recurrent report to Rev’Up Global Multi-Functional team status and solution evolutions requirements
  • Drumbeat the local projects and alert on any risk on delivery date
  • Actively ensure post “Go live” proceedings are in place and deliver the expected business results
  • Support the priorization of methodology evolutions and improvements and ensure they are delivered and communicated to Markets.

Develop best practices sharing through the Vista Global Community

  • Animate the Vista community with min. quarterly community videoconferences
  • Generate best practices and key results sharing between Market Cos

Contribute and Collaborate to the new Markets installation of Global RGM KDP

  • Liaise and coordinate work with HQ Data Analyst-Scientists, IT & Business Development Teams and with external consultant(s)
  • Share and promote success and wins (promo learnings, ROI optimization) with key Pernod Ricard stakeholders

Participation to HQ Revenue Growth team transversal activity

  • Contribute to the Revenue Growth roadmap definition
  • Promote and develop existing promo tools to smaller affiliates
  • Assist in transversal projects
  • Contribute to RGM summits

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! 

  • Masters’ Degree in Business, Management
  • Min 5 year- experience in Trade Marketing or Business Analysis or Revenue Growth Management are mandatory
  • Experience in Project Management in International Context
  • Results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving; challenger of the status quo
  • Experience in Promotion Analytics in a CPG company is a plus
  • Good communication skills adapting to different functions and levels
  • Excellent reporting skills – meetings minutes and summaries
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize sometimes complex and/or technical issues to report and to drive corrective actions
  • Assertiveness
  • English ‘Advanced High’ or ‘Superior’ Proficiency Level
