Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV (‘HET’) is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV (‘HIT’) is Hasbro SA’s distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro France SAS (‘the Company’)provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Facilities Officer to manage the operations of our building. The Facilities Officer will ensure the efficiency, safety, and maintenance of our facilities, overseeing a range of operations including building maintenance, utilities, security, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
-Ensure the safety and efficiency of all building systems.
-Manage the upkeep of equipment and utilities.
-Supervise contractors and oversee maintenance activities.
-Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
-Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Facilities Management:
-Procurement and suppliers’ contracts management.
-Building and grounds maintenance supervision.
-Management of the fire and intrusion alarm system.
-Purchase negotiation and decision.
-Layout of office spaces: proposal to management and implementation.
-Car fleet management and car policy evolution.
-Facilities budget management (EUR1M).
-Switchboard management.
-Integration of environmental aspects – FR/US reporting.
-Implementation and follow-up of the “Document Unique” (risk assessment).
-Regulatory watch.
-Keep abreast of developments in other companies.
-Other tasks related to specific events or situations (Covid etc)
Security Management:
-Integration of psycho-social risks in the “Document Unique” and follow-up.
-Regulatory watch, prevention, and compliance with safety rules.
-Collaborate with management on proposals and follow-up of improvement actions on psycho-social risks.
-Pandemic response.
-Provide advice and support in the event of organizational changes and transformational projects.
-Participate in CSE meetings (Social and Economic Committee) and Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committees (Le Bourget du Lac and Creutzwald).
-Prevention and compliance (safety rules)
Key Skills:
-Proven experience as a facilities officer or in a similar role (administrative).
-Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
-Good negotiation skills.
-Proactive and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
-Solid experience in administrative role,
-Good communication and relationship-building skills.
-Can do attitude in fast moving multi-tasks environment,
-Working level of English, MS Office.
