About the Role:

As a Lead Engineer/Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across various sites in the South West of England. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
* Liaise with clients to address their maintenance needs effectively

Requirements:

* Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred
* Strong technical skills across various trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
