Reporting to our Managing Director – France, Concentrix is looking for it’s future Facility Manager for our Paris HQ and the Boulogne-Billancourt site on a permanent basis.

The main mission for the Facility Manager is to provide an excellent level of service to users of the two Parisian sites (Toko, 17th arrondissement – 250 persons from Concentrix plus about 200 sub-renters, and Pierre Grenier, Boulogne-Billancourt – 100 persons) .

To achieve this, you will have to manage the Soft-FM service set up for the Concentrix head office while ensuring that these services meet the needs and expectations of employees, make the necessary adjustments and guarantee that the general condition of the site is maintained.

Main activities:

  • Management of the Soft-FM service
  • Responsible for the provision of Soft-FM: Housekeeping, Reception, Maintenance, etc.
  • Ensures the quality of the various services offered
  • Builds and organizes the relationship with the Soft-FM service pilot
  • Monitoring the proper operational functioning of the two sites
  • Monitoring the internal and external image of the company
  • Ensures compliance with safety and hygiene policies
  • Implements actions with partners to diversify the service offering
  • Proposes and runs site life and associated services
  • Accompanies and coordinates events organized at the headquarters or in Boulogne (evening, reception, etc.)
  • Guarantees effective coordination between Employee Services and other teams (IT, internal communications, etc.)
  • Identifies areas for improvement in the use of spaces and implements them
  • Leads the team and supports them in carrying out the assigned missions
  • Management of the relationship with sub-tenants and the lessor
  • Is the preferred contact for the lessor and sub-tenants for everything relating to the life of the building
  • Manages the proper application of the lease and sublease contracts
  • Recruits, develops and leads the general services team at both sites, ensuring that the level of service is maintained
  • Administrative management and reporting
  • Manages the contractual relationship with all the site’s service providers
  • Ensures compliance with service provider commitments (KPI, SLA)
  • Pilots corrective action plans if necessary
  • Manage the vehicle fleet of the two sites (contractualization, financial monitoring)
  • Follows the overall financial reporting of the site and more specifically of the Soft-FM service

Candidate profile :

Graduated from a bachelors with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Demonstratea rigor and reliability. You have interpersonal skills and excellent communication with high-level people. You have good listening skills and you demonstrate great interpersonal intelligence.

You must be driven by the desire to improve/optimize the service provided. Enthusiasm and creativity are therefore among the primary qualities for success in this position.

You will be internal customer oriented and you will be able to demonstrate all your organizational and relational skills on a daily basis
