The Role:
To drive income & increase engagement through the sale of donated & new goods at Festivals & Events. The role will work in tandem with the wider Festivals & Events Team and will support all operations within the Batley site playing a key part in the growth & development of our B2B & B2C business.
Managing both staff, trainees & volunteers you will lead and empower to deliver high levels of quality & customer service while offering support, direction & inspiration when needed. In conjunction with your Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems & sales within a large warehouse environment. You will work to develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments & with strong leadership & high levels of motivation deliver against objectives and KPI’s set. You will support in the development of both our people & the business & ensure teams are fully trained, communicated to & supported. You will ensure all shifts are covered maximising

Flexfam:
We believe that flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we are open to talking through working arrangements that might work for you, including job share. This role will be based in the location as stated above.
Important: This post will require time spent ‘living’ & working on Festival & Event sites. Working hours during events will often be unsocial & will include weekend and evening work. Due to the seasonal nature of the festival season the successful post holder will be unable to take extended holiday during May – August. This role will require extensive travel around the UK.
