DESCRIPTIONElevate your career to new heights and contribute to the dynamic evolution of a new Business Support Center in Budapest!This exciting opportunity plays an integral role in a leading multinational company with cutting-edge technologies and processes.As a key player in this position, you will be focusing on:
- Help set up and grow financial services in a new SSC
- Manage smooth transitions from different countries to Budapest, handling preparation and stabilization
- Work with finance teams to introduce consistent processes across countries
- Play a leading role in bringing in new technologies for a digital upgrade
- Take care of project management tasks, like keeping tabs on the business case and giving regular updates to key stakeholders
- Develop and lead training sessions and workshops in different countries, sharing best practices
REQUIREMENTSYou are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in finance business services sector
- Experience with O2C/P2P/RTR processes
- Additional experience in in managing international transition projects
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Excellent English language skills
