This is a key role for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on financial analysis in a fast-paced property environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reportingPrepare insightful financial reports and dashboards for senior leadershipSupport annual budget cycles and long-term financial planningAnalyse sector trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to inform decisionsProvide ad-hoc analysis on investment projects and operational performanceSupport the development of financial systems and improve internal reporting processesEnsure accuracy and consistency in all financial outputsCandidate ProfileACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist), with strong analytical groundingExperience in real estate, property, or asset-focused industriesProficient in financial modelling, forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau)Advanced Excel user, confident working with complex data setsStrong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearlyOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
