Job description
- Support the preparation of management reports, financial analyses, and business reviews in line with Polish GAAP and IFRS.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing accurate data to support strategic decisions.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate financial and operational data from various sources.
- Create KPI dashboards and analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director and team on planning, reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to process improvements, including reporting automation and data flow optimization.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or financial planning within banking or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; familiarity with Polish GAAP, IFRS is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from complex data.
- Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
- High accuracy, independence, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Polish and English; strong communication skills.
