Curiosity works here!About the roleFinance & Compliance Manager is responsible for the Vat and Tax Compliance teams located in CPBC. The responsibility includes people management of the teams, area tactical planning, day to day operations as well as the development and implementation of effective and efficient finance processes.Finance & Compliance Manager is the primary contact to Global Tax Compliance and Business Support stakeholders and ensures Vat & Tax processes alignment, books and reporting compliance to both IFRS and local standards. Finance & Compliance Manager is responsible for VAT return submission and statutory statements for all served entities. Finance & Compliance Manager represents Vat & Tax Compliance processes in front of internal review and external audit.Your main responsibilities
- Management of about 20 persons (with support of corordinators)
- Acquisition support from Tax & Compliance point of view – change management, impact on existing processes, system integration, new stakeholders management
- Representing Tax & Compliance in any other projects where this area is impacted or need to guide others so that we are on the safe side when it comes to taxes
- Audits – participation in global and all local audits (acting as a main point of contact and delivering with the team required documentation)
- Driving, leading and preparing global Timeframe for all Tax responsible stakeholders (50 entities with deliveries related to Statutory processes, includes CPBC, Deloitte, E&Y, local organizations, HQ) – annual extensive process
- Execute local and global finance projects and transitions
- Accountable and responsible for the preparation and management of external financial reporting, Vat and Tax accounts reconciliations
- Keep close dialogue with business support group, group reporting and controlling, IT, Global Tax & Compliance, Treasury
Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in people management
- Strong finance competencies and/or accounting background
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Business experience from an international organization
- Strategic business understanding
- Great communication skills and ability to build solid business relations
- Solid experience with project management and finance transitions
