Financial Controller Region North and Central Europe

In this role, you will support our financial strategy and help drive performance improvements across the region.

 
Your New Role
As the Financial Controller for Region North and Central Europe, you will play an important role in supporting the region to achieve its commercial and financial objectives. You will deliver financial analysis and performance insights, driving both short-term and long-term planning processes. This role involves supporting business optimization initiatives and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals through precise forecasting and transparent financial reporting. You will take the lead responsibility on one or more countries within the region. 

You will report to the Finance and Business Support Director and your key responsibilities will include:

-Financial Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities through financial and sales data analysis.
-Strategic Planning: Support commercial optimization with detailed financial analysis and contribute to the rolling forecast process.
-Forecasting: Enhance the rolling forecast process and ensure transparent capital allocation.
-Operational Support: Accounting, reporting, financial, compliance, budgeting, and administrative. Handle logistics support and ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you bring to the team

-Min Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
-4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical finance or commercial finance
-Proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within a regional role
-In-depth knowledge and experience with financial processes, tools, accounting and methodologies
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy
-Enjoy communication and collaboration to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
-Sound understanding of ERP systems, data warehouses and BI solution. Lundbeck uses SAP, AFO and controlling tools
