L’addetto Help Desk Finance Analyst sarà il punto di riferimento per tutti i clienti interni e esterni, oltre ai fornitori, che necessitano di supporto rispetto le tematiche relative alle pratiche Finance. Riceverà e prenderà in carico le richieste di assistenza tramite e-mail, Teams chat o anche telefonate, per poi dare un riscontro in modo rapido ed efficiente rispetto le richieste.In DLA Piper le scelte e le opportunità individuali saranno sempre valorizzate, permettendo ad ognuno di raggiungere il proprio pieno potenziale. La chiave per renderlo possibile è la passione di ognuno per il proprio lavoro.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fornire un livello eccezionale di servizio agli stakeholder e ai clienti interni ed esterni;
• Comunicazione con i clienti interni ed esterni in merito alla fatturazione elettronica e di addebito;
• Risoluzione di eventuali problematiche evidenziate e proattività nella risoluzione stessa;
• Contribuire alla creazione e all’aggiornamento della documentazione di processo e di reportistica, come richiesto;
• Registrazione delle fatture fornitori per il riaddebito ai clienti finali;
• Predisposizione dei pagamenti delle stesse;
• Esecuzione di tutte le attività in linea con la tempistica concordata;
• Creare un’atmosfera orientata al cliente e al lavoro di squadra;
• Collaborare con i colleghi del team Finance e di altre funzioni per cercare di risolvere problemi comuni e condividere le migliori pratiche.

ABOUT YOU

• Laurea in economia e/o diploma in discipline economiche;
• Conoscenza della contabilità clienti e fornitori e connesse registrazioni contabili;
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
• Capacità di interagire in modo appropriato ed efficace con i clienti (attenzione al cliente, capacità di gestione delle aspettative);
• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente professionale internazionale e diversificato;
• Disponibilità ad apprendere nuovi sistemi e strumenti a supporto del lavoro quotidiano;
• Capacità interpersonali e comunicative altamente sviluppate: lavoro di squadra, pazienza, capacità di lavorare bene in un ambiente in rapida evoluzione, attitudine al lavoro, diplomazia e discrezione;
• Orientamento a fornire un eccellente servizio al cliente: approccio professionale, punteggio elevato in termini di impegno e attenzione al cliente interno;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
