The role will be based in Billund, Denmark, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility. London is an available location for those willing and able to travel extensively to Europe for the throughout the contract.Merlin Entertainments is on the hunt for a Finance Program Manager to take charge of our finance transformation while shaping our operating model for the future.What you’ll do;💡 Strategic Leadership:

  • Spearhead the global finance transformation strategy.
  • Redefine and implement a streamlined finance operating model.
  • Optimise ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & NetSuite for maximum efficiency.

🛠️ Program Management:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with key milestones.
  • Oversee the global rollout of finance systems, ensuring timely success.
  • Track project progress and address risks (RAID) with agility.

🌍 Change Management:

  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes within the finance team.
  • Create and execute clear communication strategies to foster collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with C-suite executives, finance leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure transformation initiatives align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

#LI-Hybrid Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Proven expertise in ERP system implementation and optimisation, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NetSuite.
  • Strong background in finance operations and business partnering, with a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership across business units.
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting, planning and forecasting, with the ability to enhance these processes through system and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on risk management, change management and successful delivery.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and third-party partners.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, business administration or a related field (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of global finance regulations and compliance standards.
