Job description
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Project Manager delivering cross-functional projects, ideally in Finance and/or Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with process automation projects related to P2P and/or R2R.
- Experience in matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, Business)
- Familiarity with S2P tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Exposure to Shared Service Centre or BPO transitions is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Englsh
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Business acumen and financial awareness
- Ability to manage budgets, track savings, and report financial KPIs.
- Sound judgment and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
