Job description
For over 30 years, our partner company has led the way in revenue management for the entertainment industry, handling income distribution for award-winning films, documentaries, and TV productions. We are now looking for a motivated financial professional with strong experience in Excel to join our Budapest team as a Financial Support Executive.Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing and executing the financial administration of a portfolio of films
- Maintain the bank account (Collection Account) for each of the projects in the assigned portfolio: keep track of the movements, report incoming and outgoing moneys, and perform the administration in the relevant database
- Determine the allocation of funds received in accordance with the recoupment schedule
- Arrange that payments of the entitlements are executed and that the required documents are on file before authorization
- Correspond with clients about their projects
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A background in financial administration and/or customer service with 2-4 years proven relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or business administration
- An excellent knowledge of Office 365 and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Proficient usage of Excel
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details, accuracy and fixing priorities
- Able to work proactively, independently with limited supervision within a team
