The roleMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Team Leader in managing team`s workload, reporting and creating task schedule
  • Support the team and ensure that daily tasks are carried out according to set deadlines, agreed procedures, accounting rules and legal compliances
  • Monitor the queue of requests from business and coordinate the team effectively in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Develop knowledge of Junior Accountants and Accountants
  • Cooperate with other finance streams in GSC
  • Cooperate with internal and external auditors
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner
  • Seek opportunities for process improvements and applying improvements
  • Ensure that all relevant company`s standards and guidelines are met
  • Perform Quality checks
  • Participate in financial standards settings
  • Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor to support Team objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent English skills
  • Relevant experience in Cash Management area
  • University Degree preferably in accounting or relevant courses
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (e.g. Excel, Word), Internet skills
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Very good self-organization and target orientation skills
  • Customer and teamwork focus and capability
