Job Description:DP World is seeking for an experienced Finance Transformation & Analytical Lead based in the Netherlands or Belgium.This role is an “Hands On” role articulating through presentation reports, numbers & graphs the key message and context of the business performance and outlook. You will be leading the coordination and standardization / automation of processes to ensure efficient and accurate reporting is available in a timely fashion for all business capabilities. You will also support the integration of our current and future growth (incl. M&A), provide in depth business analysis and insight for both our operational business and SG&A functions. You will be in charge of the coordination of all reporting timeline requirements including MBR / QBR / REF and board reporting, support and co-ordinate the roll-out of EPBCS and future transition to Oracle ERP.How you will contribute
- Lead the project to leverage state-of-the-art reporting, including Power BI, automation and AI.
- Lead and control reporting for month-end process, incl. Flash, MBR & QBR preparation.
- Oversee and coordinate the timing and consolidation of the Budget and REF process.
- Coordinate and align SG&A reporting in line with requirements: budgeting and REF updates as well as monthly analysis of deviations and compliance.
- Preparation of reporting requirements for board meetings / Works Council etc
- Drive Metric Measurements / KPI’s to support operational and business decision making.
- Liaise with regional office and global head office as required.
- Expense analysis, identify trends and opportunities for savings and communicate findings.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Business Administration
- CBAP, PMI-PBA
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or similar role with an exposure to the logistics industry
- Ambitious, self-confident individual
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Excel, BPC, EPBCS, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL.
- Experience in system integration. Business Process modelling
- Ability to work in solo and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Technical accounting capability
- Project Management Skills
- Experience of SAP / Oracle ERP an advantage
- Accustomed to large matrix-type organizations, pulling together reporting processes from different systems.
- Fluently in English – additional languages are a bonus, in particular Dutch and French
- Flexibility to travel to support business as needed
