ROLE: Finance Transformation | Integration Manager / Consultant levelLOCATION: Dublin (Hybrid)Our client is looking for experienced Finance Integration Consultants (Consultant to Manager level) to join a growing consulting team in Dublin. This presents challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on large-scale finance integrations-primarily across mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. You’ll play a key role in leading the integration of financial systems and processes, building deep expertise in post-merger integration (PMI). Ideal candidates will bring strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, financial controls, and project management methodologies.ABOUT THE ROLE:Integration Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
- Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
System Analysis and Design:
- Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements.
- Design and configure financial systems to meet integration objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during and after integration.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PMP, PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in finance integration, financial systems implementation, or related roles.
- Experience in Finance transformation programmes across organisations or varying size and scale.
- Proven track record of managing complex integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Understanding of accounting principles, controls and financial reporting.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
