Work Flexibility: HybridAs Financial Analyst GSA (Asset Finance) , you will be the primary contact for Flex Financial equipment finance programs, supporting the Regional Finance Manager for the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).What you will do:

• You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager in GSA
• You will support sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing
• You will collaborate with Divisional Management, Stryker Flex legal counsel, Business Services, Sales Reps, End User Customers to ensure superior financing experiences for Stryker customers.
• You will price creative finance proposals, restructure existing financing contracts, respond to numerous inquiries, and facilitate transactions at the origination stage.
• You will work on credit-checks with our partner banks, building cases and deal summaries for complex requests.
• You will multi-task and problem solve while effectively balancing the needs of our customers to deliver accurate, concise contracts for signing.
• You will support the sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing.
• You will complete equipment finance documentation for Stryker Flex Financial customers in the Healthcare Industry.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Fluent German & English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Significant attention to detail
• High team and service orientation
• Knowledge of legal terms for lease and financing type structures
• Strong customer service, training, problem-solving, and communication skills
