We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join an international industrial company operating in the energy and manufacturing sectors. The position is based in Poland and requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Support financial planning and analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting

* Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance

* Partner with operations and business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

* Prepare management reports and ensure data accuracy across systems

* Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls

Profile

* Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

* 3 to 5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar finance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools

* Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory

* Ability to communicate effectively with both local and international teams
